Founded in 2011, Bleecker Consulting Group is a Veteran / Microsoft Alumni owned, technology services firm focused on cloud, voice and security services based in South Florida. Bleecker’s MSFT certified competencies include Communications, Cloud Productivity and Cloud Platform.
Bleecker works directly with customers and through other IT partners that need specialized UC / Voice resources for MSFT Teams Direct Routing/Skype for Business, Call Center, Compliance Recording and/or related needs around Office 365/Azure, Exchange, IT Security / Compliance, and Identity Management.

While at MSFT, Mr. Bleecker’s achievements in Online Services and Unified Communications include:
- Led two of MSFT’s largest participating customer organizations through the Office 365 Preview program (each with 40,000+ employees and each were competitive to IBM and Google solutions).
- Led the development of one of MSFT’s largest Unified Communications customer case studies (30,000+ seats).
- Led and won the RFP for a global Unified Communications solution for a 40,000+ employee organization based on Microsoft Lync 2010 (vs. Cisco and Avaya).
David Bleecker - Founder and Managing Partner
David Bleecker has spent his career leading a variety of organizations and projects through the planning, procurement, and delivery of complex technology solutions. He spent over a decade at Microsoft as a Trusted Advisor and Strategist to a group of global organizations and as an Enterprise Architect with Avanade / Accenture.
In the spring of 2011, David left a senior role with MSFT, relocated from the West Coast to East Coast and founded Bleecker Consulting Group as a Microsoft Partner firm specializing in Cloud, Voice and Security solutions. He is a Philadelphia, PA native, a US Army Infantry Veteran and holds BAs in Business, Economics, Communication and a Minor in Journalism, from NC State University. David holds over two dozen Microsoft and IT Industry certifications and is a frequent speaker at regional and national MSFT Online Services Conferences on the subject of Lync, Skype for Business and Teams Voice for Microsoft 365.
David resides in the South Florida area with his wife Christine and two sons, Ben and Joey. When not working, David spends most of his time with his family and stays active in the community through church, school and with his boys' HS football team.
